Similar to a physical photoshoot, you can anticipate receiving a few exceptional headshots from us. However, not all of them may turn out perfect. In the rare event that none of the headshots meet your expectations, we will gladly rerun or fully refund your money.

• You have successfully uploaded photos that meet the requirements.
• You haven't downloaded any images from your generated headshots
• You submitted a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
